I was so happy when we started having our clients utilize Southern Imaging Services; their reviews of MRIs are exceptional. Now I’m getting clear results that tell me what the injury really is rather than the readings that muddy the water. When using other facilities, we frequently have reports saying “patient does not have a large disc bulge” or “no large herniations” with no additional information. These kinds of readings are frustrating; they minimize very real injuries and cause everyone involved in the case to wonder what the injuries are. It does a disservice to the cients trying to heal from their accidents. SIS provides excellent care as well as reliable and informative reports. I’d much rather have a “no abnormal findings” or “small herniation,” or even patient has a herniation than asserting there is not a large problem and refusing to report on all the facts; pain can stem from any size change to the body and it’s our duty to advocate for the best possible treatment for our clients. SIS’s thorough reporting gives me specific evidence on client’s current medical condition. SIS does a great job of giving clear findings that don’t muddy the water – findings that provide quality descriptions of my client’s injuries so they can get the treatment they need and help me get the claims resolved.
